A illustration of your dress is created from inspiration photos and your ideas. You'll also receive fabric samples during this phase.

Your dress details are sent to production.

Free 2-day Priority shipping on all orders. A signature is required, but you'll be delighted when our colorful box is delivered to your door.
Delivery contains the dress, gift, dress bag and extra lace/applique.
How early can I order?
We accept orders up to 18 months out - this is especially a good idea if you'd like an extended payment plan. We do suggest that brides give themselves as much time as possible and start no later than 6 months before the weeding, however, since your Jalona Marie design only takes 60 days, you have a bit more wiggle room.
Will I receive fabric samples?
Absolutely! In Phase I (Design Phase) after we've pinned down dress details and your sketch, you will receive fabric samples of the outer materials of your dress.
Will you really buy my dress back if I don't like it?
We know...it's hard to believe, but YES, we will buy your dress back if you don't love it. We ask that you let us know within 3 days of receiving the dress if there is a problem.
What is the price range for dresses ?
Dresses start at $1495 and may vary in price depending on details and complexity. With each dress there's nearly $300 worth of freebies! Free shipping, Free crown (or veil) and $75 toward alterations...yes, we want to entice you!
Will my dress really be ready in 60 days or less?
Yes, and we guarantee it. We have developed a process which allows us to produce couture quality designs at lighting speed. We love working with you in Phase I to pin down the design and encourage you to review options and make final decisions as quick as possible. If a gown takes more than 60 days, its usually because we've spent too much time in Phase 1.
The caveat to our 60 day delivery promise is if there is a payment plan, the 60 day delivery promise starts from the time the dress is actually sent to production.
Where will my dress be made?
The Jalona Marie team spans the globe which enables us to serve brides from all over the world. We have members from the United States as well as China. And while our extensive network spans the globe, most of our designs are made by our talented team based in Guangzhou, China.
